We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We never charge restocking fees. Defective items get free return shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Standard items arrive within 5-7 business days. Oversized items (large dog crates, cat trees) may take 7-9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
