What Our 90-Day Guarantee Covers

Our 90-Day Quality Guarantee applies to all products sold on phodan.com and covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects — items that arrive broken, malfunctioning, or not working as designed
  • Shipping damage — items damaged in transit before reaching you
  • Wrong items — if we ship you an incorrect product
  • Missing parts — if a product arrives incomplete

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly or use
  • Products that have been altered or modified after purchase
  • Issues reported after the 90-day window (these may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable)

Manufacturer Warranty

Many of the products we carry include an additional warranty provided by the manufacturer, which may extend beyond our 90-Day Quality Guarantee. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and product.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please email us at Contact@phodan.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

📸 In most cases, you do not need to return a damaged or defective product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. If a return is required, we will provide a free prepaid return label.

How to File a Warranty Claim

    Contact us. Email Contact@phodan.com or call +1 (520) 521-6651 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

    We review your claim. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) with the next steps.

    Choose your resolution. For approved claims, you decide: a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 4
    We take care of the rest. If a return is needed, we provide a free prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs on approved warranty claims. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Warranty vs. Returns

Our 90-Day Quality Guarantee covers products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you simply changed your mind, that is handled under our return policy instead — which also gives you 90 days and charges zero restocking fees.
