Can I Cancel My Order?

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below. Have your order number and full name ready so we can locate your order quickly.

Act fast: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can cancel before your order ships. Please use the subject line "Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]" when emailing.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already left our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return it under our 90-day return policy:

  • Contact us to initiate a return — we will send return instructions and your RMA number
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns
  • No restocking fees — ever
  • Your full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

Contact us immediately at Contact@phodan.com or call +1 (520) 521-6651 if you realize you ordered the wrong item. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and help you place a new order for the correct item. If it has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies.

Cancellations by Phodan LLC

In very rare cases, Phodan LLC may need to cancel your order. This may happen if:

Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed, here is what happens:

  • Your cancellation is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from Phodan LLC.
  • Your full payment is refunded to your original payment method — no deductions, no fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
  • A refund confirmation email is sent to you once the refund has been issued.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
