When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MonβFri). Standard items typically arrive within 5β7 business days after processing. Oversized items (large dog crates, cat trees, heavy pet furniture) may take 7β9 business days. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by entering your order number on our Order Status page. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Phodan LLC offers free standard shipping on every U.S. order with no minimum purchase required β including oversized items like large dog beds and cat trees. No hidden fees, ever.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses at this time.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days (MonβFri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Do large pet products ship differently?
Oversized items such as large dog crates, multi-level cat trees, heavy pet beds, and grooming tables may take slightly longer to arrive (7β9 business days). They are still shipped via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) β no freight appointment is required. Shipping is always free regardless of item size.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. For multiple destinations β for example, sending pet supplies as gifts β please place separate orders for each address.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Please contact us immediately at Contact@phodan.com or call +1 (520) 521-6651. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address at no charge. If it has already shipped, we will need to wait for it to be returned before arranging redelivery.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is marked as "undeliverable" and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no additional charge β or issue a full refund. Your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secured with SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not currently offer financing or payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption across every page. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Phodan LLC never stores your full credit card number on our servers. Your financial information is never accessible to our internal team.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes β you can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Contact us immediately at Contact@phodan.com with subject line: "Order Cancellation β [Your Order Number]". Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but you can return the item under our 90-day return policy. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Can I modify my order after placing it?

Are prices shown before or after tax?
All prices on phodan.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, in accordance with your state's tax laws. There are no hidden fees β the total at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at Contact@phodan.com to get started. For full details, visit our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover 100% of return shipping costs. We will provide a free prepaid return label.
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Use any trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 2β5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. We never charge restocking fees.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement β this ensures the fastest turnaround. Contact us at Contact@phodan.com and we will guide you through the process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at Contact@phodan.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged product β we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?
We sincerely apologize. Please email us at Contact@phodan.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will cover all costs to send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label if a physical return is needed.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products sold on phodan.com are covered by our 90-day quality guarantee β covering defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In addition, products with an applicable manufacturer warranty are also covered under the manufacturer's terms. Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand. What does the warranty cover?

- Manufacturing defects β items that arrive broken, malfunctioning, or not working as designed
- Shipping damage β items damaged in transit before reaching you
- Wrong items β if we ship you an incorrect product
- Missing parts β if a product arrives incomplete
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at Contact@phodan.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will respond within 1β2 business days with next steps. Approved claims receive a free replacement or full refund β your choice. We cover all return shipping costs on approved warranty claims.
Are your products genuine and authentic?
Yes. All products sold on phodan.com are sourced from manufacturers or authorized U.S. distributors. Every item is 100% genuine and authentic. We do not sell counterfeit, imitation, gray-market, or unauthorized goods of any kind.
Do products come with assembly instructions?
Yes β all products that require assembly (such as cat trees, dog crates, grooming tables) include detailed instructions in the package. If any parts are missing or you need help during assembly, contact us at Contact@phodan.com and we will assist you.

Are your products safe for my pet?
Yes. Every product in our store is selected with pet safety as a primary criterion. We source only from authorized manufacturers and distributors who meet established quality and safety standards. If you have a specific question about a product's materials or safety certifications, contact us before ordering and we will provide full details.
How do I choose the right size bed or crate for my pet?
Each product page includes a size guide and weight recommendations where applicable. As a general rule:
- Dog beds: Measure your dog from nose to base of tail, add 6β12 inches for a comfortable fit
- Dog crates: Measure standing height and length (nose to tail), add 2β4 inches for headroom and turning space
- Cat trees: Choose based on your cat's weight, activity level, and the number of cats using it
Do you sell pet food or supplements?
We carry a selection of pet treats and health supplements. All consumable products are clearly labeled with ingredients and usage directions. Please note: opened food and supplement products cannot be returned once unsealed. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements to your pet's diet.
Can I use your products for puppies or kittens?
Many of our products are suitable for puppies and kittens, but not all. Always check the product description for age, weight, and size recommendations. For very young animals, extra supervision is recommended during initial use β especially with harnesses, carriers, and toys with small parts. When in doubt, contact us for guidance.
Should I supervise my pet when using a new product?
Yes β we always recommend supervised use during the first few uses of any new product, especially beds, crates, carriers, harnesses, and chew toys. Do your products replace veterinary advice?

Can I leave a product review?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your shipping address, and access your full order history more easily.
How do I check my order status?
Visit our Order Status page and enter your order number and email. You can also use the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I opt out of marketing emails?
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be removed immediately. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) will continue regardless of your marketing preference.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
Visit our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page or email Contact@phodan.com with subject line: "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 45 days in accordance with CCPA/CPRA.
Is the Phodan website secure?
Yes. phodan.com uses SSL/HTTPS encryption on all pages. Your browsing and payment data is encrypted in transit. We use only certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and never store full credit card numbers.

I keep getting an error message at checkout. What should I do?
Take a screenshot of the error and email it to Contact@phodan.com. Also check that your billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer and that your card has sufficient funds. Our team will investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
