At Phodan LLC, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right — no hassle, no restocking fees, ever.
Return Eligibility
You can return any item within 90 days from the delivery date. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided items are in new or like-new condition and include original packaging where applicable.
All products sold on phodan.com — including dog beds, cat accessories, travel gear, grooming tools, and home essentials — are eligible for return under this policy, with the exception of the items listed below.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us First: Email us at Contact@phodan.com or call +1 (520) 521-6651. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description of the issue.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and send you return instructions along with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship anything back until you receive your RMA approval.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, use any trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). A valid tracking number is required. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a free prepaid return label — you will not need to arrange anything.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once issued.

Refund Process
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Full refund including original shipping fees. No restocking fee. Free return label provided.
- Change-of-mind returns: Full refund of item purchase price. No restocking fees. Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds by cash, check, or store credit unless you specifically prefer the latter.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, email us at Contact@phodan.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Based on the nature of the problem, we will work with you on the most practical resolution — which may include:
- Sending replacement parts
- Shipping a full replacement unit at no cost
- Issuing a complete refund to your original payment method
Whether a physical return is needed will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you promptly. You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless specifically requested by our team.
