Free Standard Shipping on All U.S. Orders
Every order ships free to the contiguous United States — no minimum purchase, no membership required, and no hidden fees.
Shipping Destinations & Cost
Phodan LLC ships across the contiguous United States (48 states). We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum purchase required. No surprise fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
Warehouse & Dispatch Location
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
