What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We never charge restocking fees. Defective items get free return shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Standard items arrive within 5-7 business days. Oversized items (large dog crates, cat trees) may take 7-9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

All prices on phodan.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. There are no hidden fees.
